Welcome to WacsSetup!

WacsSetup is a web application designed to be run to set up a new or upgrade an existing WACS instance after you've installed it. WacsSetup will create the necessary database accounts, schemas and preload some of the database tables for you. You can follow along with the steps its taking in the WACS Installation Guide if you like....

Select Operational Mode

Install and Configure Configure Only
Normally for a WACS install using packages, leave this set to Install and Configure. However if you are on a webhosting site or other centrally managed system and have already been given a blank database with credentials or have set those up already with control panel, select the Configure Only option. You do not need the root password to system or database for this option. Leave the fields below blank in this case.

In order to prove you have the appropriate rights to install software on this system, please provide the system's superuser user name and password. These will be verified prior to proceeding with the WACS setup process. If this is an Ubuntu system, you should enter your own username and password and these will be checked for having full sysadmin priviledge.
